tennis is a honest sport but it can’t be always honest because many people are liar’s and cheaters! bad people. :(

  • By Anastasia Alexandrova, March 31, 2013 @ 10:22 am

yeah she really did cheat, because she made a really big timeout while she was relaxing taking her time, the competitor sloane was cooling down and then couldn’t play her best tennis to win, well sloane was just seating and seating there so lame, she had to warm up and move to stay in the game but she so lame, well azarenka did it on purpose just to win well off coarse not many people are good angels. 🙁

The fuck are you talking about, bro?

  • By dianaancog54, March 31, 2013 @ 11:24 am

she is a great player, no doubt about that. but she is also a liar and full of herself. she isnt sincere in this interview at all. what she is sharing is not from her heart. she must of got some tips from Tiger Wood’s interview a few years ago.

Who are you to say Sloane did not have a chance to win that match? Tennis has a lot of great, unexpected comebacks like Henin against Capriati at US Open, Safina against Sharapova at FO 06 etc. The aforementioned matches also seemed like Jen and Masha are super poised to win but they did not. The point that Azarenka fans seem to miss is just because she was leading in the score, it doesn’t make her dubious MTO ( for choking which she admitted herself) any more acceptable. She cheated FFS.

regarding the outcome of that semifinal; a lot of people say azarenka cheated her way to the final… Well I disagree with that. If she didn’t take that timeout she probably would have lost that second set, but does anyone think that sloane had a chance in the third set? Azarenka was dictating play the whole match. Only in the middle of the second set did she struggle. She was having a down moment in the match, but for sure that third set would have been a 6-1 or 6-2 set in favor of azarenka.

    Arrogant and unsporting cow.

  • By AFCompany, March 31, 2013 @ 12:19 pm

Haha Americans? Did you not watch the final? The Australians booed her any chance they got, they hate her too as do the British when she plays at Wimbledon. A lot of tennis fans do not like Victoria Azarenka, she comes across very cocky and arrogant and always seems to have some kind of injury excuse when she is loosing. And during her winner speech it seemed to be the first time she was extremely aware that a lot of people do not like her.

Haha lol Americans is the nation of whiners. You, american scumbags, launched anti-azarenka campaign before the final doing everything to make Aza lose, but Aza still won despite everthing. Americans, you just can’t take any defeats and admit to losing, weak people. So it’s Americans who were cheating launching the csmpaign against Azarenka and putting her under the pressure before the final. But you failed. Stop whining, Stephen was much weaker. Go cry me a river, Americans:)

she deserves huge credit for the win. her heart was not in it at any moment, look at her eyes!!! her body language and demeanor was different to how she usually is. the crowd almost bullied her out of the tournament. they behaved in a cruel spiteful way that was unpleasant to watch. the tears afterwards said a great deal, i hope the cretinous assholes who were booing and cheering her mistakes feel proud. she has tried to more available as a no1,been honest quirky fun and they treat her like this

Well, it’s good to know that you come from neighbour country.
What does make you think I want to take revenge? It’s always good to know more about a person to whom you are talking.

  • By 10inlong, March 31, 2013 @ 2:55 pm

typical media sensationalism. she’s simply the best in women’s tennis right now. end of story.

  • By niniejszy, March 31, 2013 @ 3:49 pm

…(2) You need to realize that your president isolates you, and realize who he really is (a fascist, dictator, torturer, sadist) and find enough courage to kick him out.

There is only one optimistic thing about Azarenka – she said that she will “try to improve as a player and AS A PERSON”! (/watch?v=sJkITv0jzRs – 1:31) We’ll see.

  • By niniejszy, March 31, 2013 @ 4:40 pm

    (1) “Where do you come from?”
Try to find it here on YT, it’s easy 😉 (I’ll give you a clue if you want)
But if you want to take revenge and get something on me you will be disappointed. It’s not about my country’s point of view – it’s about civilized world point of view. But also as I wrote earlier – I’m sure that most people in Belarus are great and wonderful (I want to believe in it)…

  • By tennisstar9598, March 31, 2013 @ 5:34 pm

    She cheated

  • By Fallingicystars, March 31, 2013 @ 5:45 pm

The better player won. I don’t understand the hate poor Azarenka received in Australia.

  • By Dassha Prudnikova, March 31, 2013 @ 5:53 pm

    right

  • By Dassha Prudnikova, March 31, 2013 @ 5:55 pm

    Victoria is the best!

  • By Dassha Prudnikova, March 31, 2013 @ 5:55 pm

    Of course, she isn’t.

There was over 30°C heat in the shadow and about 40°C in the sun. It was midday. Other sportsmen didn’t play at midday.

Sloane is black-skinned and it isn’t so difficult for her to bear such heat, as for white-skinned Azarenko. She really had problems with her breath.

Azarenko won because she is best.

  • By Marlboroman6721314, March 31, 2013 @ 6:41 pm

    I’m sure she isn’t cheating.

  • By niniejszy, March 31, 2013 @ 6:58 pm

How can anyone (even in Belarus) be proud of her?! She’s not only cheating in sport and lying awfully in front of the cameras, but she also supports totalitarian regime in your country! Azarenka supports your president- Lukashenko- a fascist, dictator, torturer and sadist! (search about it).

Sacha Baron Cohen’s ‘Dictator’ movie was banned (still is) in Belarus not without reason. Wake up people in Belarus! Look at Vitali Klitschko fighting (figuratively) to bring back democracy in his country
